Timeless Adventures Travel Agency (“Timeless Adventures”, “we”, “us”) is a travel agency based in Trinidad and Tobago. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle your information in line with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, including the Data Protection Act, 2011 to the extent it is in force.
1. Information we collect
Quote requests
- Your name and phone / WhatsApp number (required so we can reply).
- Your email address (optional).
- Trip details you choose to give us: trip type, destination, travel date, the package you selected and any special requests.
- A record that you agreed to be contacted, and whether you asked to receive booking updates and special deals by email.
Reviews
The name, destination and review text you submit, and your star rating. Reviews are only published after we approve them, and only your name, destination, rating and review are shown publicly.
When you book
If you go ahead with a booking we will ask for the further details needed to book it (for example passport names, dates of birth and passport numbers). We collect these directly from you, usually by WhatsApp, phone or email, and not through this website.
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. To stop spam, we keep a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your IP address for up to 24 hours when you submit a form. We do not use advertising trackers.
2. How we use your information
- To answer your quote request and plan, price and book your trip.
- To contact you about your request or booking by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To send booking updates and special deals by email, only if you ticked the box asking for them. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting us.
- To publish approved reviews.
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
- To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed:
- Travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and insurers, when you ask us to quote or book with them. They use your information under their own privacy policies, and some are located outside Trinidad and Tobago.
- Service providers that help us run this website and communicate with you: Cloudflare (hosting, database and security), Google Fonts (loads the website’s fonts), and WhatsApp / Meta or your email provider when you message us.
- Authorities, where we are required by law.
4. Cookies and storage on your device
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not show a cookie banner.
- Your device (local storage): to save you typing, your browser keeps your name, phone number, email and your last few quote requests on your device. It never leaves your device except when you submit a form. You can clear it at any time by using “Remove” on a saved quote or by clearing your browser’s site data.
- Owner login cookie: a strictly necessary, secure cookie used only when the business owner signs in to manage the website.
- Security cookies: Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks.
5. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on your trip and help with future bookings. Booking records may be kept longer where the law requires (for example for tax and accounting). Reviews stay online until you ask us to remove them or we take them down. Email subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information (unless we must keep it by law);
- stop sending you deals and updates.

7. Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your information is stored in a secured database that only the business owner can reach through a password-protected portal. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Children
This website is intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 through this website; a parent or guardian should make enquiries on a child’s behalf.
9. Other websites
Our website links to other websites, including government immigration and travel-form portals and our tour partner Viator. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
