These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes and bookings arranged by Timeless Adventures Travel Agency (“Timeless Adventures”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or booking with us you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Our role as your travel agent
We arrange travel services such as flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers and travel insurance that are provided by third-party suppliers. We act as an agent for those suppliers. Your contract for each service is with the supplier, and their own terms and conditions (including fare rules, cancellation and refund policies) apply. We will make these available to you or tell you where to find them before you pay.
2. Quotes, prices and availability
- Sending a quote request through this website does not create a booking or reserve space. A booking is only confirmed once we have confirmed it to you in writing and received any required payment.
- Prices shown on the website and in quotes, including “from” prices on deal packages, are a guide and are subject to availability and change until your booking is confirmed and paid. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD) and are per package as described.
- Prices can change because of supplier price changes, taxes, fuel surcharges or currency movements. We will tell you about any change before you pay.
- Photos on the website are for illustration and may not show the exact hotel, room, ship or tour you book.
3. Payments, changes and cancellations
- Deposits, payment deadlines, change fees and cancellation charges depend on the suppliers involved and will be explained to you in writing before you book.
- Many airfares and promotional packages are non-refundable once ticketed. Refunds, where allowed, are subject to the supplier’s rules and are only paid once we receive them from the supplier.
- We may charge a reasonable service fee for arranging changes, cancellations or refunds; we will tell you the amount in advance.
4. Passports, visas and entry requirements
- Information on this website about destinations that do not need a US Visa, and links to immigration and customs forms, is general guidance only and is not legal or immigration advice. Entry rules change, can depend on your nationality and travel history, and are decided by the authorities of each country.
- Always confirm current requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate or official government website before you travel. Our agents are happy to help you check.
- Immigration form links go to third-party and government websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or any fees they charge.
- We are not responsible for costs or losses if a traveller is refused boarding or entry because of missing or incorrect documents.
5. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and baggage for every trip. If you choose not to buy insurance, you accept the risk of costs that would otherwise have been covered.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information, including names exactly as shown on passports.
- Check all documents and tickets as soon as you receive them and tell us about any errors straight away.
- Follow the conditions of carriage and rules of the suppliers you travel with.
7. Communications
When you send a quote request you agree that we may contact you about it by WhatsApp, phone or email. We will only send you booking updates and special deals by email if you ask us to, and you can stop them at any time.
8. Reviews and customer photos
Reviews are submitted by customers and reflect their own experiences. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove reviews that are offensive, unrelated to our services or appear to be false. Customer photos are published only with the customer’s permission.
9. Third-party websites and partners
Tours and experiences offered through the “Explore Tours” button are provided by Viator, and we may earn a commission if you book through that link at no extra cost to you. Those bookings are subject to Viator’s terms.
10. Limitation of liability
We will arrange your travel with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of suppliers, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, changes to schedules or itineraries, or for events beyond our reasonable control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest or government action). To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the service fees you paid to us for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Trinidad and Tobago that cannot be excluded.
11. Website use
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. You must not misuse the website, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorised access to the owner portal, or interfering with its security.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and the courts of Trinidad and Tobago will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
